We teamed with Schumacher to demonstrate how the DRD5S 4″ Square Surface Mount pairs perfectly with this coastal aesthetic. Designed to be built on a coast or near a beach, this plan includes a raised foundation and double porches on the front and rear of the home, giving you access to the beautiful coastal views. The great room, kitchen and owner’s retreat are on the tallest level of the home and the kitchen is equipped with a huge island. The first floor of the home features three bedrooms, two baths, and a large flex room, conveniently located off the foyer.
