Location: Black Hawk, Colorado

A passion project of its owner, Brian Richards of Precision Media Solutions in Denver, CO, this tree house is a combination of his love for lighting and technology. Inspired by his stay at Treehouse Point near Seattle, the project fulfills a childhood dream to one day have a real tree house.

The lighting for the tree house required years of planning – with many aspects of the construction designed around what the lighting would eventually be. Richards utilizes custom painted DID4 Integrator Adjustable Modules throughout to highlight the copious amounts of luxurious wood. The modules are paired with Square Flangeless Trims with a Bronze finish to provide the ultimate in modern, minimalist ceiling design.
