Designed to respect the architecture of the historical St. Paul’s Cathedral it’s adjacently located to, the project transforms an underutilized parcel into 204 new living units, including 18 affordable homes.

Scottsdale, AZ

A new luxury addition coming to the Optima Kierland Center, the 7140 tower is a 12-story apartment tower with 213 units, ranging from 737 to 2,225 square feet. Residents can select two different finish packages, each featuring luxury plank flooring throughout, solar shades, floor-to-ceiling glass walls and abundant natural light.
