Construction sites have continued on, and we’re right there with them. Here’s a sneak-peek at five bold new projects featuring DMF technology that we can’t wait to see in person:
6th & Olive
San Diego, CA
6th & Olive provides housing where it’s supposed to be — in a walkable neighborhood served by high-frequency transit. Designed to respect the architecture of the historical St. Paul’s Cathedral it’s adjacently located to, the project transforms an underutilized parcel into 204 new living units, including 18 affordable homes.
7140 Optima Kierland
Scottsdale, AZ
A new luxury addition coming to the Optima Kierland Center, the 7140 tower is a 12-story apartment tower with 213 units, ranging from 737 to 2,225 square feet. Residents can select two different finish packages, each featuring luxury plank flooring throughout, solar shades, floor-to-ceiling glass walls and abundant natural light. Each home also includes an expansive outdoor terrace designed for indoor-and-outdoor living.

Los Angeles, CA
